We were pleasantly surprised when the receptionist offered us a complimentary upgrade to a spacious one bedroom suite with a stunning balcony and a view of the Sheikh Zayed street. The gesture made our stay truly memorable.

the room was super clean - checked and cleaned daily. close to International City metro station. near business centres - clinics - eateries - decent night clubs like LSB. ali - domi, and mohan's exceptional customer service made us feel valued as guests and added to the outstanding experience.

stayed for over 2 weeks at the hotel and the location is superb, close to the metro. the check-in process was fast, thanks to Mahmoud for the early check-in. the staff, including Ali and the cleaning service, were attentive. the breakfast was excellent and the omelette prepared by the staff was delightful. the room was clean and spacious, and the staff, especially Ahmed, Hanan, 2. Ahmed, and Mahmoud, were very accommodating. the experience was top-notch.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic from start to finish. The staff at Dusit D2 Kenz Dubai were incredibly welcoming and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. We especially loved the city view from our balcony. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the main attractions in Dubai. The hotel also offered convenient facilities such as a 24-hour reception and room service. our experience at Dusit D2 Kenz Dubai was top-notch.
We were given a smoking room instead of the non-smoking room we had reserved. The smell was quite unpleasant, and it affected our sleep and overall comfort during our stay.
